This post is soooo late. MIBF happened on September and what month is it? October. Oc-freaking-tober. (?) But I’ll still do it of course. If you don’t know, here are some MIBF facts.

  • It stands for Manila International Book fair.
  • It only happens once a year and is held in SMX Convention Center.
  • A bunch of bookstores participate in it. There are thousands of books there and most of them are in sale.
  • It is kind of a Vidcon for bookworms.

It happened on Sept. 17-21. And it happened on my birthday! I celebrate my b-day on Sept. 17, so it was basically a calling for me. My dad, sister and I planned to go there on the first day because there would be a fresh amount of books and less people since it’s a school day.  We only visited the Fully Booked and National Booths. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to roam around the other bookstores which was sad. There were a lot of bookstores there. But at least I got 11 books!  So, now I will bombard you with pictures. Get ready.

Wow! Wish I could’ve been there. I see Haruki Murakami’s “Colorless Tsukuru Tazaki” in one of your photos too – amazing book. 🙂
